摘    要:为建立汽车制动系统的工作状态与螺纹剪切式汽车碰撞吸能系统之间的联系,提高汽车安全性能的整体水平,提出了基于汽车安全状况的螺纹剪切式汽车碰撞吸能装置(CST)控制系统思想.即以单片机控制技术为核心,对汽车制动系统的安全性进行实时检测,判断制动系统安全状况,利用毫米波雷达实时监测本车与前方车辆(或障碍物)之间的距离,运用行车安全距离模型以确定本车的安全状态,一旦发现制动失效和制动不良,或距离超出安全范围时,则立即将螺纹剪切式汽车碰撞吸能系统推出至全伸状态,以应对可能发生的危险.当制动系统完好或安全隐患不复存在时,则螺纹剪切式汽车碰撞吸能系统自动回缩,实现根据汽车所处的安全状况自动确定螺纹剪切式汽车碰撞吸能系统工作状态.
