发动机缸体冷却水套的CFD分析与优化设计

摘    要:应用FLUENT软件,对一款四缸汽油发动机缸体冷却水套的流场进行了数值模拟.通过对模拟结果进行分析,发现该款发动机缸体冷却水套设计存在一些不足之处,由此提出了一套发动机缸体冷却水套的结构优化方案,并对该优化方案进行了数值模拟.模拟结果表明,优化后缸体的冷却效果有所改善.可为指导该款发动机缸体冷却水套的结构优化设计及实验研究提供一定的参考依据.

Abstract:The flow field of cylinder block cooling water jacket of one gasoline engine with four cylinders was simulated by FLUENT code.Some inadequacies were found by analyzing the numerical simulation results.Structural optimization scheme of engine cylinder block cooling water jacket is proposed and simulated.The results show that the optimized cooling effect is improved.It will provide some reference to structural optimization and experiment of cooling water jacket of the engine cylinder block.
