| 摘 要： | 从价值角度将生产要素划分为人力和物力资本两个方面,按照这两个方面对企业人力物力创造的贡献价值进行分离,并对分离的必要性及其分离模型的设计作了系统的研究。通过分离模型分别反映人力物力各自创造的贡献价值,为计量人力资本群体、个体贡献价值和人力资本参与收益分配提供了量化依据。
