| 摘 要： | 引入运筹学中的最小截集最大流原理，建立工期－费用优化数学模型，通过求解最小截集问题，得出工期－费用优化模型的解法，并编制程序实现，有效地解决了复杂工程进度计划网络工期－费用优化问题。

| Abstract: | A time-cost optimization model is given by means of i ntroducing the min-cut max-flow theory of Operation Research, and a solution t o this model as well as its computer program processing is provided. The result show that this method can solve effectively time-cost optimization problem in c omplex project plan. |
