铁道车辆车体撞击试验台建设必要性分析及建议

列车的碰撞安全性是我国轨道交通行业发展进程中亟待解决的关键问题.为加快碰撞研究手段建设,从制定车辆碰撞被动安全规范、被动安全性评估指标和建立闭环开发体系方面,论证了我国建立车体撞击试验台的必要性.基于对车辆被动安全规范和列车撞击事故的分析,提出了车体撞击试验台的总体技术要求,参考国内外车辆撞击试验设施现状,对我国的车体撞击试验台方案提出建议.

The Necessity Analysis of Contruction of the Impact Test Bench for Rolling Stock Carbodies

The safety in collision of trains is a key problenl to be solved in the development process of China＇s railway industry. In order to speed up tile construction of collision research measures, the necessity to establish the carbody impact test bench in China is demonstrated from such aspects as setting up the passive regulations on collision of cars, the passive safety evaluation indexes and establishing the closed loop develop- ment system. On the basis of analysis of the passive safety regulations on cars and the collision accidents of trains, the overall technical requirements on carbody irapact test bench are given, with the reference of the existing conditions of the car impact test facilities in China and abroad, suggestions are given on the scheme of the carbody impact test bench in China.
