| Abstract: | With the train network control system as the example,the analysis method is described for identification of harm and evaluation of the acceptable degree of harm through the initial harm analysis and system harm analysis,the safety design requirements shall be given in view of the harm and each harm shall be closed to avoid harm and finally ensure the system safety. |
