| 摘 要： | 为了提高地铁车辆制动系统的运维效率,避免制动系统过度维修造成资源浪费,设计了地铁车辆制动系统故障预测与健康管理系统,研究了电空制动系统典型部件的故障诊断与故障预测方法,详细叙述了制动系统健康管理系统的功能,提出了制动系统健康管理系统车载PHM单元以及地面PHM平台的设计方案。

| Abstract: | In order to improve efficiency of operation and maintenance of brake system for metro vehicles,avoid wasting of resources caused by excessive maintenance for brake system,the prognostics and health management(PHM)system of brake system for metro vehicles is designed,the method of diagnosis and prognostics for typical parts of electro-pneumatic brake system is researched,the functions of health management system of brake system are described in detail,and the design scheme for on-board PHM unit and ground PHM platform of health management system of brake system is provided. |
