摘    要:介绍了40t轴重ZK1—G型中交叉支撑单元制动铸钢三大件式转向架的主要技术特征、技术参数和结构,对其轮轴组成强度、侧架和摇枕强度及动力学性能进行了计算。线路动力学试验结果表明,该转向架的各项动力学性能均满足相关要求。

Abstract:The main technical features,technical parameters and structure of the ZK1-G three-pieced,cross-braced cast steel bogies with 40 t axleload and unit braking are described. The strengths of wheelset,side frame and bolster as well as the dynamics performance are calculated. The dynamics test result in field shows that each dynamics performance of the bogie can meet the relevant requirements.
