摘    要:基于CRH5型动车组牵引逆变器车载数据,利用概率论解决了原始数据的零漂问题,给出了适用于全工况范围的IGBT模块损耗计算方法,分析验证了文章提出的带水冷基板热网络模型在导热硅脂层耦合的合理性,采用有限元热仿真的方法验证了热网络模型的有效性,并给出一种适用于本领域工程实际应用的热阻计算方法。

Abstract:Based on the on-board data of converter in CRH5,the data null drift problem is solved using the theory of probability.A method for calculating the power loss of IGBT module is proposed which is suitable for the whole working condition.The rationality of the thermal network model proposed in this paper is verified through the thermal coupling analysis of the grease layer,the effectiveness is verified by finite element thermal simulation.A thermal resistance calculation method suitable for engineering application in this field is presented.
