摘    要:大功率永磁直驱电力机车在线路运用考核期间需利用PHM系统跟踪驱动系统的过程数据,通过PHM系统可持续监测永磁电动机轴承温升、振动及转向架关键部件振动、位移、应力情况,深入分析永磁直驱系统的特点,充分验证大功率永磁直驱系统的可靠性,为后续大功率永磁直驱技术的推广应用提供技术数据和依据。文章介绍了用于实时监测大功率永磁直驱电力机车驱动系统的PHM系统的基本方案、系统组成和试验验证等。

Abstract:High-power permanent magnet direct-drive electric locomotives need to track the process data of the drive system during the line application assessment period.Through the PHM system,the temperature rise and vibration of the permanent magnet motor bearing and the vibration,displacement and stress of the key components of the bogie are continuously monitored,and the characteristics of the permanent magnet direct drive system are deeply analyzed to fully verify the reliability of the high-power permanent magnet direct drive system.Providing technical data and basis for the promotion and application of high-power permanent magnet direct drive technology.
