摘    要:从铁路货车轮轴穿透超声波探伤、轮座镶入部超声波探伤、轴颈根部(或轴颈卸荷槽)超声波探伤、超声波探伤试块、超声波探伤耦合等方面分析了铁路货车轮轴超声波探伤中值得关注的几个问题,并提出了相应的措施与建议。

Abstract:Several points worth attention in supersonic flaw detection upon wheelsets for railway freight cars are analyzed from such aspects as penetrating supersonic flaw detection on wheelsets,supersonic flaw detection on wheel seat insertion part,supersonic flaw detection on axle journal root(or axle journal relief groove),supersonic flaw detection coupon and supersonic flaw detection coupling.Corresponding measures and suggestions are given.
