摘    要:高速动车组制动系统RAMS管理能够保证车辆在其全寿命周期内达到其功能要求。文章以CRH2型高速动车组制动系统为对象建立了可靠性模型,利用FMECA方法,系统地分析了制动系统的故障模式影响及危害性,并将其可能的故障模式按严重程度分类,以便采取改进措施。

Research on the Braking System RAMS for High Speed Multiple Units Based upon FMECA Trouble Analysis

Abstract:The RAMS management of the braking system for high speed multiple units can ensure that the vehicles can meet the functional requirements within their service life periods. With the braking system for CRH2 high speed multiple units as the object, the reliability model is set up with the FMECA method, the trouble type, effect and harm to the braking system is analyzed systematically, and the possible trouble modes are classified on the basis of the seriousness degree, so as to take measures for improvement.
