| 摘 要： | 本文对多起发电车油箱吊梁裂损情况进行了分析,根据分析结果和有限元强度计算提出了油箱吊梁补强方案。为进一步验证计算,对原结构和补强结构进行了动应力测试,并对其进行了评估。

| Abstract: | After several failure analysis were made of the cracks on the suspension girders for oil tanks of generators,reinforcement plans for the suspension girder are proposed according to the crack analysis and FEM strength calculation. In order to further confirm the calculation results,practical dynamic stress testing and evaluations are carried out of the original structures and reinforcement plans. |
