| 摘 要： | 对锆砂覆膜砂壳型壳芯法和铁丸填箱工艺进行了研究,阐述其生产特性及工艺优点,并应用于中型箱体铸件的生产上,应用表明该工艺能有效地提高铸件质量和生产效率,降低生产成本。

| Abstract: | Shell molding of resin-coated zircon sand together with the process of iron-shot-filled box are studied.With its production characteristics and process advantages,the application of this technique to medium sized housing castings indicates that it can effectively increase the quality of castings and the productivity and lower the production cost. |
