季节性冻土区路基专用太阳能主动供热装置研究

摘    要:基于季节性冻土区路基冻胀特征及供热需求分析,设计1款采用太阳能主动供热的路基专用供热装置。通过模型试验分析装置供热温度、供热量、供热效率随太阳辐照量的变化规律,建立考虑纬度和日序数的供热温度预测公式。通过对路基长期供热效果的数值模拟分析,研究装置防冻胀效果。结果表明:路基专用供热装置供热温度随太阳辐照量的提高而增大,最高达60℃,平均范围在20~40℃,太阳能有效热利用率约为26%;供热温度与太阳辐照量呈3次多项式函数关系,供热温度计算式可预测装置应用于不同地区时的逐日平均供热温度;该装置在季节性冻土区对路基起到暖季预储热量和冬季实时补充热量的作用,可有效提高入冬时路基的抗冻胀能力,降低冻胀程度。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of frost heaving characteristics of subgrade and its heating demand in seasonally frozen soil regions,a special solar heating device for subgrade was designed in this study.The change rule of heating temperature,heating capacity and heating efficiency of the novel device with the solar radiation was analyzed by model testing.A prediction formula for the heating temperature of the device considering latitude and daily order was further established.Numerical simulation analysis on the long-term heating effect of an actual subgrade was also carried out,to demonstrate the anti-freezing effect of solar heating device.Results show that the heating temperature of the special heating device for subgrade increases with the increase of solar radiation,and its maximum value can reach above 60℃,with an average range of 20~40℃.The effective heat utilization rate of solar energy is about 26%.The relationship between the heating temperature and the solar radiation is a cubic polynomial function.The calculation formula of heating temperature can predict the daily average heating temperature when the device is applied in different areas.The device can pre store heat in warm season and supplement heat in real time in winter for subgrade in seasonally frozen soil regions,which can effectively improve the frost heave resistance of subgrade in winter and reduce the frost heave degree.
