摘    要:为实现不同速度等级、不同运用环境下高速列车的快速设计、快速制造以及保证谱系产品的健康运营和管理,提出并构建由数据平台、设计平台、制造平台和健康管理平台组成的面向故障预测与健康管理(PHM)的高速列车谱系化产品技术平台。首先,剖析高速列车谱系化与健康管理平台的融合机制,集成零部件研制与使用阶段的研发数据;其次,从技术架构设计和逻辑架构设计2个方面,基于数据挖掘、模块化、元模型、定制设计以及PHM等技术,开发面向PHM的高速列车谱系化产品技术平台;最后,以时速200~400 km的CRH6,CRH380A,CR300AF,CR400AF动车组系列产品为例,对平台进行工程实践,验证该平台的有效性。结果表明:该平台能够提升产品的研制效率,满足市场的多样化需求,并保障复杂环境下高速列车的健康运营,提升高速列车的运用效率和运营品质。

Abstract:In order to realize the rapid design and manufacturing of high-speed trains with different speed levels and operation environments and ensure the healthy operation and management of pedigree products,the technology platform for high-speed train pedigree products oriented to prognostics and health management(PHM)was proposed and built,consisting of a data platform,a design platform,a manufacturing platform and a health management platform.Firstly,the integration mechanism of high-speed train pedigree and health management platform was analyzed,and the R&D data in the development and use stages of components was integrated.Secondly,from two aspects of technical architecture design and logical architecture design,based on data mining,modularization,meta-models,custom design,PHM and other technologies,the technology platform for high-speed train pedigree products oriented to PHM was developed.Finally,CRH6,CRH380A,CR300AF and CR400AF series EMUs with the speeds of 200~400 km·h-1 were taken as examples to carry out engineering practice and verify the effectiveness of the platform.Results show that the platform can improve the efficiency of product development,meet the diverse needs of the market,ensure the healthy operation of high-speed trains in complex environments as well as improve the operation efficiency and quality of high-speed trains.
