摘    要:提出用跨线龙门吊机进行换架梁作业,研究可快速生成的拼装式龙门吊机和新的喂梁、吊梁作业模式,克服了传统换架方法对铁路正常运营干扰大、工期长、造价高等诸多弊端。工程实践证明,该技术安全高效、对行车干扰小、适用性强。

Abstract:In this paper, a new girder replacing technology, which takes the cross-track gantry crane as the girder hoister, is put forward. Assembly type gantry crane that can be assembled quickly and new patterns of girder feeding and hoisting are researched. In this way, a great deal of shortcomings of traditional technologies such as the transportation interference, long term of project and great cost are overcome. Practice shows that this technology is safe, efficient, low interference to traffic and highly applicable.
