| 摘 要： | 根据路企直通运输的影响因素,建立设施设备、安全、人员和货物共4大类因素12个指标的评价指标体系;基于层次分析法和灰色评价法,给出路企直通运输实施效果的评价方法。通过专家评分,得到评价指标权重,建立路企直通运输实施效果评价的样本矩阵;根据评价指标等级赋值区间的划分,设定评价灰类和白化权函数,进而确定评价指标的灰色评价权重矩阵、灰色综合评价向量和灰类等级值化向量;通过对以上参量的数值计算,可以得到路企直通运输实施效果的综合评价值。以某煤矿开展路企直通运输效果评价为例,验证了方法的可行性。
