半主动悬挂系统动力学性能仿真分析

摘    要:以配装SW—200型转向架的动力学试验车为研究对象,对二系横向阻尼采用天棚半主动悬挂和开关半主动悬挂2种控制模式下的车辆动力学性能进行仿真计算分析。结果表明:半主动悬挂控制模式下的车辆蛇行失稳临界速度比采用被动悬挂控制模式时虽有所下降,但仍能满足运用要求。与被动悬挂控制模式相比,在直线上运行时,天棚半主动悬挂和开关半主动悬挂控制模式下的车体横向平稳性指标分别改善13%~18%和8%~16%,而且车辆运行速度越高,半主动悬挂控制模式对车体振动的控制效果越好;在曲线上运行时,半主动悬挂模式对车体横向振动仍有良好的控制作用;与开关半主动模式相比,系统时滞对天棚半主动悬挂模式控制车体振动的效果影响较大。

Abstract:The dynamics testing car with SW-220 type bogies is taken as the object of study, the influence of the secondary lateral semi-active suspension of both the sky hook damping control and the on-off damping control on car's dynamics performance is calculated and analyzed. The results show that the critical hunting speed of the semi-active suspension car is lower than that of passive suspension car, but it can still meet the application requirements. As compared with passive suspension, the lateral ride comfort index is improved by 13%~18% and 8% ~16% for the sky hook damping control and the on/off damping control respectively on straight line. The higher the car's running speed is the better control effect for the semi-active suspension of the car body will be. The semi-active suspension keeps well control effect when the dynamics testing car negotiating curves. The system time delay affects the sky hook damping control more than that of the on-off damping control.
