摘    要:传统选址方法存在工作量大、步骤繁琐、易用性差的不足。基于城轨交通地面储能系统功能定位提出压阻数的概念,即全运营周期内所有列车运行至某站点时,该站点出现低电压的次数与制动电阻开启且持续一定时间的次数之和;提出基于压阻数的城轨交通地面储能系统选址方法。首先通过检测站点附近的低电压发生次数及制动电阻开启一定时间的次数计算压阻数;然后采用将平峰时段发车间隔作为选址仿真时的输入,在压阻数大于2 MP (M为全线列车数、P为每列车运行周期)的站点安装地面储能系统的选址策略;最后给出选址流程。算例研究表明:压阻数具有表征站点再生制动能量利用率和电能质量的能力;提出基于压阻数的选址方法是有效的,且受工况及运营图的影响小,具有普适性。

Abstract:In view of the fact that the traditional site selection method has the disadvantages of heavy workload,cumbersome steps and is not conducive to engineering application,the concept of the number of low voltage and braking resistor is put forward on the basis of evaluating the location function for the stationary energy storage system(SESS)of urban rail transit.That is,when all trains run to a certain station in the whole operation period,it refers to the sum of the number of times of low voltage at the station and the number of times of the braking resistor opening and lasting for a certain time.The site selection methods of stationary energy storage system for urban rail transit based on the number of low voltage and braking resistor are proposed.Firstly,the number of low voltage and braking resistor can be calculated by detecting the occurrence times of low voltage near the station and the number of times the braking resistor opening for a certain time.Then,the departure interval during flat time is used as the input of the location simulation,and the site selection strategy for installing SESS at the station with the number of low voltage and braking resistor more than 2 MP(Mis the number of trains in the whole line,Pis the operation cycle of each train)is proposed.The corresponding process of site selection is given finally.A case study shows that the number of low voltage and braking resistor has the ability to characterize the utilization rate of regenerative braking energy and the power quality of the station.The site selection method based on the number of low voltage and braking resistor proposed in this paper is effective,which has universality and is less affected by the working conditions and operation diagram.
