运营期高速铁路轨道长波不平顺静态测量方法及控制标准

摘    要:现有高速铁路轨道长波不平顺静态检测主要采用矢距差法或简化矢距差法,存在与检测起点相关、含有里程相位差、基础变形时检测幅值偏大、与车体振动加速度匹配性较差等缺点。利用中点弦测法对轨道长波不平顺进行静态检测,通过对中点弦测法不同测弦长度有效测量波长范围和列车敏感波长分析,采用60 m测弦长度的中点弦测法最适合时速300~350 km运营期高速铁路;利用车辆-轨道动力学仿真分析和最小二乘法拟合相结合方法,提出运营期高速铁路300及350 km·h^-1速度下的轨道长波高低不平顺控制标准,并进行实例验证。结果表明:60 m弦中点弦测法既可保证轨道长波不平顺检测的准确性,又能很好地体现车体振动响应;时速300 km运营期高速铁路轨道长波高低不平顺3级控制标准建议值分别为9,15,21 mm;时速350 km分别为7,11,15 mm。

Static Measurement Method and Control Standard for Long-Wave Irregularity of High-Speed Railway Track during Operation Period

Abstract:The static inspection of long-wave irregularity for the existing high-speed railway track mainly uses the vector distance difference method or simplified vector distance difference method.It has such weaknesses as measuring results are influenced by the initial inspection point,contains mileage phase difference,magnified results when the foundation is deformed,and it is unmatched between the vibration acceleration of the vehicle and track irregularity.The long-wave irregularity of the track is statically inspected by using the midpoint chord method.Through analyzing the effective measured wavelengths of different chords and the sensitive wavelength of train in the midpoint chord method,the midpoint chord measurement method with a 60 m chord length is the most suitable for the high-speed railway in the operation period of 300~350 km·h^-1.Thus,the long-wave longitudinal irregularity control standard for high-speed railway under the speed of 300~350 km·h^-1 in the operation period is put forward using the analysis tools of vehicle-track dynamics simulation and least square fitting method,and also it is verified by an example.Results show that the midpoint chord measurement method with a 60 m chord length can not only ensure the accuracy of the track long-wave irregularity inspection,but also reflect well the vibration response of vehicle body.During the operation period of 300 km·h^-1,the long-wave longitudinal irregularity control standard for high-speed railway track is divided into 3 classes with the values of9,15 and 21 mm respectively,while the values are 7,11 and 15 mm for the operation period of 350 km·h^-1.
