预制装配式聚氨酯道床结构研究

摘    要:提出1种新型预制装配式聚氨酯固化道床结构,依据所提出的设计及施工方案,在国家铁道试验中心建立世界首条预制装配式聚氨酯固化道床试验段,并对预制装配式聚氨酯固化道床、现浇式聚氨酯固化道床结构、普通无砟道床3种轨道结构的静动力特性进行对比试验研究。结果表明:在没有大型养路机械稳定作业的条件下,预制装配式聚氨酯固化道床的纵、横向阻力分别为16.2和13.5kN,具有足够的静态稳定性;在总体轨下结构动位移中,扣件与道床所占的比例约为1∶1,轨下结构刚度匹配合理;预制聚氨酯固化道床结构具有突出的减振效果,分频最大减振效果为29.6dB,对应中心频率为50Hz。

Abstract:A new prefabricated polyurethane curing track bed structure was proposed.According to the proposed design and construction scheme,the world’s first prefabricated polyurethane curing track test section was established in the National Railway Test Center.On this basis,the static and dynamic characteristics of prefabricated polyurethane curing track bed,cast-in-place polyurethane curing track bed and ordinary ballastless track bed were tested and compared.Results show that the longitudinal and transverse resistances of the prefabricated polyurethane curing track bed are 16.2 and 13.5 kN,respectively,without the stable operation of large-scale track maintenance machinery,which have enough static stability.In the total dynamic displacement of sub-rail structure,the proportion of fastener and track bed is about 1∶1,and the rigidity matching of sub-rail structure is reasonable.The prefabricated polyurethane curing track structure has outstanding damping effect,the maximum damping effect of frequency division is 29.6 dB,and the corresponding center frequency is 50 Hz.
