某地铁车站深基坑开挖对临近管线的影响分析

摘    要:半铺盖体系法进行地铁车站施工首次在西安地区应用,为了研究半铺盖体系基坑开挖对临近管线的影响,以西安地铁4号线某车站基坑为工程背景,对迁改后的管线沉降进行现场监测分析。得出管线沉降随时间的变化规律,在基坑开挖及底板施工阶段,管线沉降速率较大,施工需以信息化施工为主。借助ANSYS软件建立有限元模型,并依据实际工况设置模型监测点,对比分析现场监测结果和数值模拟结果,得出管线的沉降规律。同时,对基坑不同的分步开挖深度进行模拟,得出管线沉降受分步开挖深度影响较大,基坑开挖及底板施工阶段需引以重视。

Impact Analysis of Deep Metro Foundation Pit Excavation on Adjacent Underground Pipelines

Abstract:Semi-covering method is first used in Xi'an metro construction. In order to understand the impact of the excavation on adjacent pipelines,this paper analyzes the monitoring data of relocated pipelines related to a certain foundation pit of Xi'an metro line four and identifies the variation of pipeline sedimentation. During foundation pit excavation and plate construction,the sedimentation rate is the largest and the construction must be supported with sufficient and effective information. Monitoring points are set up according to actual conditions with the help of ANSYS finite element and sedimentation patterns are obtained via comparison and analysis of site monitoring data and numerical simulation. Meanwhile,the simulation of step-by-step excavation depth shows that pipeline sedimentation is greatly influenced by the depth of step-by-step excavation.
