基于EPON技术的铁路视频监控系统设计

摘    要:分析视频监控系统在铁路运营中的作用和必要性,根据铁路视频监控系统的现状及困境,提出采用EPON技术构建视频监控系统。以乌西编组站视频监控系统设计为例,进一步阐述采用EPON技术组建视频监控系统的优势,通过对比传统组网方式和基于EPON技术的组网方式。结论为:采用EPON技术组建视频监控系统其建设成本较低、网络可扩展性较好、网管能力强,并且局侧至用户侧之间不存在有源设备、故障点少、易维护、抗电磁干扰性能强,成为大型场区组建视频监控系统可选择的较优方案。最后提出采用EPON方式设计视频监控系统时应在光纤分配及带宽分配设计中注意的问题。

Design of EPON-based Railway Video Monitoring System

Abstract:This paper analyzes the role and the necessity of video monitoring system in railway operation.In view of the current situation and predicament of railway video monitoring system the paper proposes the adoption of EPON technology for designing video monitoring system,and refers to Wuxi marshalling station video monitoring system design to elaborate the advantages of employing EPON technology for designing video monitoring system. By comparing the traditional networking method with the method based on EPON technology,it is concluded thatusing EPON technology to construct the video monitoring system has many advantages such as low construction cost,good network expansibility and effective network management. Because there is no active equipment between the Bureau side and the user side,the system has few fault points to allow easy maintenance,and strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability. With above advantages,EPON-based method becomes a better option for constructing video monitoring system in large stations. Finally,matters to be addressed in the design of EPON network with respect to optical fiber distribution and bandwidth allocation are put forward.
