摘    要:通过对暗挖隧道下穿既有站采用不同工法及不同加固范围的计算分析比较,并依据地铁站结构变形控制值,来确定暗挖隧道下穿既有站沉降控制措施。结果表明,采用CRD工法开挖,较全断面法及台阶法对控制竖向位移效果显著;隧道掌子面及周边一定范围土体采用深孔注浆加固,可以有效控制既有车站结构及轨道竖向变形,满足既有线结构使用和运营要求。

Settlement Control Measures of an Undermining Tunnel Crossing below an Existing Metro Station

Abstract:In this paper,different construction methods and different strengthening ranges,which might be used for an undermining tunnel crossing below an existing metro station,were calculated,analyzed and compared with each other. And then based on structure deformation control value of metro station,this paper determined the settlement control measures of the undermining tunnel crossing below the existing metro station. The analysis result shows that:( a) The CRD method is much more superior to both the full face method and the bench cut method for controlling vertical displacement.( b) By the use of deep-hole grouting to strengthen the working face and the certain range of soils around it,the vertical deformations of both the existing station structure and the track can effectively be controlled,meeting the functional and operational requirements of the structure of the existing metro line.
