用于钢轨波磨检测的差动式霍尔传感器结构及特性分析

摘    要:针对目前基于弦测法波磨检测设备中的传感器普遍存在价格高,寿命短等问题,提出采用差动霍尔传感器进行波磨检测的方案。通过双霍尔单磁铁差动设计解决了霍尔传感器非线性误差大的问题;利用一元线性回归的方法对差动霍尔元件进行对称标定,确定测量原点,并设计标定实验台对传感器静态特性进行标定,实验结果表明,双霍尔单磁铁差动结构有效改善了霍尔传感器的静态特性。差动式霍尔传感器具有优异的静态特性,可用于钢轨波磨的检测。

Research on Structural and Static Characteristics of Differential Hall Sensor for Rail Corrugation Detection

Abstract:Due to the fact that the chord-based sensor for rail corrugation detection equipment isexpensive and short service life, a new approach to use differential Hall sensor is proposed to detect railcorrugation. The differential design is conducted to reduce the nonlinear error of Hall sensor, linearregression is employed to calibrate the Hall sensor and determine the measurement origin, and a staticcalibration table is designed to calibrate the static characteristics of the sensor. The result shows that thedifferential design can improve the static characteristics of the Hall sensor, the differential Hall sensor isproved excellent in static characteristics and suitable for rail corrugation detection.
