新建轨道交通工程与新建城市管廊衔接共建设计策略探讨

目前我国正处在城镇化快速发展时期,很多城市即将开始大规模建设综合管廊和城市轨道交通,以解决传统市政管线敷设所存在的各种问题和城市的拥堵问题。而如何有效避免对城市主要道路反复开挖、有效整合资源、促进城市地下空间的集约高效利用,已经成为一个重要的课题摆在广大设计者面前。针对城市综合管廊与城市轨道交通衔接共建的问题,分析两者各种衔接方式,通过从工程投资、可行性、灵活性等方面出发进行对比研究,从中找出城市轨道交通工程如何与综合管廊有效衔接的可实施方案,为类似工程的设计与建设提供设计参考。

Discussion on Design Strategy of Coordinative Constriction of New Urban Rail Transit Project and New Urban Pipe Gallery

At present,urbanization is developing rapidly in China and many cities are planning to build large-scale comprehensive pipe galleries and urban rail transit projects to solve the congestion problems resulted from the traditional city municipal pipeline laying. And how to effectively avoid repeated excavation of urban main roads,integrate resources and promote the intensive and efficient use of urban underground space has become an important issue facing the designers. In view of the coordinative construction of the city comprehensive pipe gallery and urban rail transit project,analysis of various possible connections of the two is conducted in terms of project investment,feasibility,flexibility to find out the practical solution and provide reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
