27.5kV绝缘管型母线在铁路的应用及技术要求

绝缘管型母线作为一种新型母线,近年来已广泛应用于电力系统中。通过分析绝缘管型母线的组成结构及特点,结合各种时速等级铁路牵引变电所低压侧27.5 kV设备不同布置方式情况,比较从主变27.5 kV低压侧引入高压室内采用传统母线和绝缘管型母线的优劣点,提出绝缘管型母线在铁路牵引变电所应用范围。铁路牵引变电所低压侧27.5 kV设备采用AIS开关柜和GIS开关柜室内布置时,采用绝缘管型母线代替矩形裸铜排母线和高压电缆方式具有一定优势。27.5 kV绝缘管型母线与27.5 kV单相电缆具有相似的结构和相同电压等级,参照27.5 kV单相电缆相关技术参数,提出绝缘管型母线各项技术参数。通过工程应用实例,对27.5 kV绝缘管型母线在铁路应用安装、试验等方面提出相关技术要求。

Application and Technical Requirements of 27.5 kV Insulated Tubelar Busbar in Railway

As a new type of busbar, insulated tubular busbar has been widely used in power system in recent years. Based on the analysis of the structure and characteristics of insulated tubular busbar and the different arrangement of 27.5 kV equipment on the low-voltage side of railway traction substations of various speed classes, the advantages and disadvantages of traditional busbar and insulated tubular busbar in the high-voltage room introduced from the low-voltage side of 27.5 kV main transformer are compared, and the application scope of insulated tubular busbar in railway traction substations is put forward. When the 27.5 kV equipment on the low voltage side of railway traction substation is arranged indoor with AIS switch cabinet and GIS switch cabinet, it has certain advantages to use insulated tubular busbar instead of rectangular bare copper busbar and high voltage cable. 27.5 kV insulated tubular busbar has similar structure and same voltage level as 27.5 kV single-phase cable. Referring to the relevant technical parameters of 27.5 kV single-phase cable, the technical parameters of insulated tubular busbar are presented. Through practical engineering application, the technical requirements of 27.5 kV insulated tubular busbar in railway application, installation and test are defined.
