轮轨作用力测试方法的研究进展

摘    要:轮轨作用力是判定机车车辆动力学性能的基本要素,车辆的安全性与运行品质可以通过轮轨作用力的大小来反映。论述轮轨作用力测试方法的传统理论和国内外相关方面的研究进展。概述轮轨力测试方法的分类,地面测试有剪力法和轨底弯矩差法等方法,车载测试有直接测试和间接测试方法。随着技术不断发展和进步,出现一些新的轮轨力测试方法和测试装置,同时提出更加准确高效的新方法。未来轮轨作用力的地面测试方法会向着连续测试的方向发展,而车载测试方法则会随着传感器等技术的进步向更精确、更智能的方向发展,轮轨力测试装置向适应性更强的方向发展。

Research and Development of Wheel/Rail Force Testing Method

Abstract:Wheel/rail force is a basic element to determine the dynamic performances of rolling stock,and their safety and operation quality can be reflected by wheel/rail force.This paper discusses the traditional theory of wheel-rail force testing methods and related researches at home and abroad,and summarizes the classification of wheel/rail force test methods.The ground test includes shear method and rail bottom moment difference method and etc.The vehicle test is divided into direct and indirect test methods.With the continuous development of technology,new wheel/rail force testing methods and testing devices are emerging.At the same time,more accurate and efficient new methods are put forward.In the future,the ground testing method of wheel/rail force tends to be continuous testing,while the vehicle testing method tends to be more accurate and intelligent with the progress of sensors and other technologies.And the wheel/rail force testing devices will be much more adaptive.
