基于GAHP的铁路大雪灾害风险模糊综合评估

摘    要:为了准确评估铁路大雪灾害风险,提出一种基于群决策层次分析法的铁路大雪灾害风险模糊综合评估模型。首先,详细分析铁路大雪灾害风险因子,建立铁路大雪灾害风险评估量化指标体系,采用改进的群决策层次分析法获得各指标权重;其次,引入和改进模糊综合评价模型,通过计算最大隶属度原则的有效度,综合采用级别特征值公式和置信度准则确定铁路大雪灾害风险评估级别;最后以某铁路区段为例进行风险评估。结果表明,模型合理可靠,能更准确地判定风险级别。

Abstract:A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of railway snow disaster risk based on group analytic hierarchy process( GAHP) model is proposed to assess accurately railway snow disaster risk. Firstly,a system for risk indices assessment is established through risk factor analysis of railway snow disaster,and the weight of each index is determined by means of modified group analytic hierarchy process. Secondly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is introduced and modified to determine the level of railway snow disaster risk by calculating the effectiveness of the maximum membership degree principle and the application of assurance criterion and feature value equation. Finally,the proposed method is applied to a railway section and the results show that the proposed risk assessment model is effective and can determine the level of risk more accurately.
