新型重载道岔研制

摘    要:重载道岔是重载铁路的关键设备,也是线路的薄弱环节,其尖轨、辙叉心轨的寿命是影响重载道岔寿命的决定因素。针对既有重载道岔调研情况,研究近年来我国重载道岔关键部件(尖轨、辙叉)的结构改进技术方案,并且结合上道试用验证。实际效果证明,改进后的方案能够适应我国重载铁路"大轴重、高密度和超大运量"的使用要求,且大大延长了主要部件的寿命,提高了重载铁路运能,减少了养护维修工作量。

Abstract:The heavy haul turnout is a key equipment of the heavy haul railway,and also a weak link of the track. The service life of the switch rail and crossing nose is the determinant that affects the life of the heavy haul turnout. Based on the survey of the existing heavy haul turnouts,this paper focuses on the structure improvement plans of the key components( switch rail,frog) of China's heavy haul turnouts in recent years and verify them with on-track tests. The actual results prove that the improved plans can meet the requirements of heavy axle load,high density and large traffic volume of China's heavy haul railway,greatly extend the life of the main components,improve the transport capacity of the heavy haul railway,and reduce the workload of maintenance and repair.
