摘    要:随着国内客运专线的大规模建设,重载运输也必将得到普遍的推广使用。根据30 t大轴重的特殊要求,结合山西中南部重载铁路的使用条件,在大秦线经过大量现场调研,研究开发了专用的重载道岔产品,从道岔平面、结构设计、轨下基础及转换设备等各个方面,有针对性地进行研究,分别从尖轨尖端加厚、辙叉采用多种合金钢钢轨组合型式、护轨采用新型轨撑垫板结构、岔枕采用预埋铁座联结方式等方面进行设计创新。并在既有线上道试验,目前使用状况良好,根据测试结果反馈的问题,优化了道岔结构及材料性能指标,从而建立了国内重载道岔技术体系。

Abstract:With the massive construction of passenger dedicated line,heavy haul transport will tend to be promoted. According to the special requirements of 30 tons axle load and southern Shanxi railway,after a lot of field studies on Da ~ Qin Railway,it's necessary to develop heavy haul turnouts,turnouts from aspects of layout geometry,structural design,sub-rail foundation and conversion equipment with design innovation from the point of switch rail thickening,variety of alloy steel combined frogs,the new tie plate of rail brace structure of check rail,concrete sleeper of pre-embedded seat and etc. Heavy haul turnouts had been applied in existing lines with good results. According to test results,turnout structure and material performance are optimized,thus,a domestic heavy-duty turnout technical system is established.
