基于模糊可拓理论的山区铁路线路方案对比研究

摘    要:复杂艰险山区铁路方案比选是一种复杂性高、技术性强、影响范围广的多目标决策问题。为科学有效地评价线路方案的优劣,利用梯形模糊层次分析法和可拓理论,建立基于梯形模糊可拓理论的山区铁路线路方案评价模型。首先,根据复杂山区铁路的特点及其所处工程环境,建立多层次多指标线路方案评价体系;其次,利用梯形模糊数AHP确定指标权重;然后,利用可拓学中的关联度法来确定方案目标层的优度等级和优度评价法,对线路方案进行总体评价;最后,通过具体的实例分析证明了该评价方法的可行性和实用性。

Comparative Study on Mountainous Railway Route Scheme Based on Fuzzy Extension Method

Abstract:Detailed and comprehensive comparison of route schemes in complex mountainous areas is a multi-objective decision-making effort due to their high complexity, strong technicality and wide influence range. In order to scientifically and effectively evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the route scheme, the trapezoidal fuzzy AHP and the extension theory are used to establish a mountain railway route scheme evaluation model based on trapezoidal fuzzy extension theory. Firstly, a multi-level program evaluation system is established based on the characteristics of the complex mountain railway and its engineering environment. Secondly, the index weight is determined by using the trapezoidal fuzzy number AHP. Then, the method of correlation degree is used in determining the superiority level of the target layer and the method of superiority evaluation is employed in overall evaluation of the route scheme. Finally, the feasibility and practicability of the evaluation method are proved by case analysis.
