机车脉冲式气力输送固定上砂设施探讨

摘    要:根据机车整备工作需要,探讨一种能解决现有机车上砂存在的问题,从国内机车上砂现状、机车用砂技术标准、现场需求等对现行机车上砂方式存在的问题进行深入分析,提出机车脉冲式气力输送上砂设施方案,介绍机车脉冲式气力输送上砂设施总体系统组成,并对各系统进行较为详细说明,提出机车脉冲式气力输送固定上砂系统方案,可解决现有上砂方式效率低、劳动强度大、无法准确计量上砂量、环境污染、安全风险大等技术难题。

Abstract:The paper focuses on the existing problems in locomotive sand feeding in view of the current sand feeding practices and technical standards at home and puts forward the scheme for locomotive sand feeding by pulse pneumatic means according to site requirements. Basic functions and structure of the sand feeding system are described in detail. Finally,the paper draws a conclusion that the existing technical problems such as low efficiency,high labor intensity,failure to accurately measure the filling sand,environmental pollution and security risks can be solved with the new system.
