基于多式联运的铁路商品汽车物流设施设备配置

铁路商品汽车物流基地是铁路开展商品汽车多式联运的重要作业节点之一,具有商品汽车到发、装卸、存储、检测、维修、清洗等功能。为合理配置物流基地内的设施设备以提高铁路商品汽车多式联运效率,通过分析铁路商品汽车多式联运的发展机遇及存在问题,从配置原则及步骤两个角度研究设施设备配置方法,结合《铁路商品汽车物流基地布局中长期规划》及《铁路物流中心设计规范》中的相关内容,考虑多式联运设施设备衔接性要求,提出铁路商品汽车物流基地设施设备配置研究内容,包括装卸场、仓储区、检测区、公路车辆运输车停车区、配送区、集装箱场的设施设置要求及运输设备、固定设备及其他设备的配置要求。对铁路商品汽车多式联运设施设备配置具有一定参考价值。

Configuration of Logistics Facilities and Equipment for Railway Commercial Automobile in Multimodal Transport

The railway commercial automobile logistics base is one of the important node in railway commercial automobile multimodal transport,featured with automobile,including arrival and departure,loading and unloading,storage,detection,maintenance,cleaning and other functions.In order to configure reasonably the facilities and equipment in the logistics base and to improve the transport efficiency of railway commercial automobile transportation,this paper analyzes the development opportunities and existing problems of the multimodal transport,conducts researches on facility configuration method from two aspects of the configuration principle and the procedure in view of the relevant content of The Long-term Planning of Railway Logistic Base of Commercial Automobile Layout and Design Specification of Railway Logistics Center.Considering multimodal transport facilities and equipment connection requirements,this paper puts forward required railway commercial automobile logistics base facilities and equipment configurations,including the requirements of loading and unloading,storage field,detection area,parking area,distribution area,container yard,fixed equipment and other equipment,which may provide certain references for the configuration of logistics facilities and equipment of railway commercial automobile in multimodal transport.
