地铁车辆段作业安全保护系统设计研究

摘    要:为实现地铁车辆段作业自动引导与自动控制,针对车辆段作业安全管理现状存在薄弱环节及安全隐患,按照设备系统集成、设备管理升级及"故障导向安全"的原则,确定车辆段安全作业功能需求、系统组成及主要设备配置;采用计算机控制技术、图像监控技术、身份自动识别技术和信息化管理技术,依靠检测手段、计算机逻辑处理、电气联锁控制等方法,提出地铁车辆段作业安全保护系统解决方案,满足现场繁琐的作业流程要求,对操作、过程等信息进行追溯查询,避免误操作,提高工作效率及管理水平,达到人机联控确保安全的目的。

Design of Metro Depot Operation Safety Protection System

Abstract:Aiming at the accomplishment of AGV( automatic guided vehicle) and ATC( automatic train control) of metro depot's operation and in view of the shortage and security risks of the current status of the depot 's operational safety management, this paper defines the depot 's operational safety requirements,system composition and key equipment configuration according to the principles of system integration, equipment management upgrade and fault-safety. Based on computer control, image supervision,automatic identification,information management,methods of detection,computer logical process and electrical interlock control,this paper proposes the solution for metro depot's operational security system to satisfy the needs of complicated site operation procedures and tracing information of working process,thus avoiding misoperation,promoting working efficiency,improving management and ensuring the safety by man-machine joint control.
