地铁车辆扩编改造方案及关键参数研究

摘    要:为解决地铁线路因近、远期不同客流造成的车辆扩编改造问题,以成都某条地铁线为案例,对车辆6A预留8A改造涉及的机械、电气及软件系统升级方案进行研究,同时对改造过程中存在的问题及系统改造周期进行粗略估计,并结合目前国内主要供应商提供的技术参数,分析8A车辆动拖比、牵引制动性能、故障运行及救援能力。最后得出结论:由于车辆扩编改造涉及到的专业较多、过程复杂、周期较长,在前期需谨慎决策,并做好预留;此外推荐8A车辆采用6动2拖的动拖比,牵引制动性能至少维持6A编组4动2拖时的性能,故障运行及救援能力需重新核算。

The Study on Retrofit Scheme and Key parameters for Metro Vehicle Expansion

Abstract:Due to the increased traffic pressure generated by the changing passenger flow near the metro line at present and in future,metro vehicle retrofit scheme and expansion needs to be resolved. The paper discusses the upgrade retrofit scheme of 6A vehicle( 8A reserved) including machine,electric and software system based on a metro line in Chengdu. Moreover,the retrofit period is roughly estimated and dynamic drag ratio, traction and brake performances, fault operation and rescue capability of 8A vehicle are analyzed based on thetechnical parameters from suppliers. It is concluded that vehicle expansion involves a variety of professions,complex process and long period,cautious must be taken to make decisions in the early stage and reservation and expansion be considered. It is recommended that dynamic drag ratio of 8A vehicle uses 6M2 T,and traction and brake performances are maintained to keep 4M2 T in 6A formation,and fault operation and rescue capability need to be recalculated.
