摘    要:2011年,原铁道部有关部门委托中铁大桥局对1992年发布的《铁路钢桥高强度螺栓连接施工规定》(TBJ214-92)进行修订,课题组在对多座大型铁路钢桥高强度螺栓施工情况调研的基础上,结合现代钢桥建设的发展,对现行铁路行业标准的条文进行梳理,其中对铁路钢桥中高强度螺栓的制造工艺、延迟断裂、质量检查、配套标准、栓焊混用连接、施拧方法及工具设备等问题予以探讨,对拟修订的相关内容进行解析,以期加深对标准的理解和正确使用。

Abstract:In 2011,the concerned department of former Ministry of Railways authorized MBEC to revise Regulations for High Strength Bolts Construction of Railway Steel Bridge( TBJ 214-92) which was issued in 1992. On the basis of the investigation and research on high strength bolts connection of several large railway steel bridges,and in view of the development of modern steel bridge construction,the research group reviewed the provisions of the current railway standards and conducted extensive investigations into such issues as manufacturing process,delayed fracture,quality inspection,associated standards,the joint with combined bolts and welds,tightening methods,tools and equipment involved in the construction of railway steel bridge to benefit the revision and application.
