摘    要:单线铁路大跨连续箱梁因具有受力大而截面尺寸小的特点,导致体内纵、竖向钢束布置空间有限,增加了桥梁设计的难度。以龙烟线(60+100+60)m连续梁为例,旨在总结单线铁路大跨连续箱梁的设计思路、方法及经验。结合已有的设计经验,拟定结构几何尺寸和材料类型,布置预应力钢筋;采用BSAS及Midas Civil软件分别对结构进行纵向及横向计算。计算分析表明,通过合理的布置纵、竖向预应力钢束,单线铁路(60+100+60)m大跨连续梁的设计是可行的,并对设计经验进行总结。

Design of (60+100+60)-m Continuous Girder with Single Track on Longkou-Yantai Railway

Abstract:Because a large-span continuous box girder on single-track railway is characterized by large stresses and small cross-section size,the space for arrangement of longitudinal and vertical tendons inside the structure is limited,and this may give rise to a difficulty in bridge design. This paper took the( 60+ 100+60)-m continuous girder on Longkou-Yantai Railway as an example,in the hope of summarizing the design ideas,methods and experience of large-span continuous box girder on single-track railway. Meanwhile,combined with the existing design experience,the structure geometry size and material type were determined and the prestressing tendons were arranged. Afterwards,the structure was calculated longitudinally and transversely by using software BSAS and Midas Civil. The result of calculation and analysis shows that by reasonably arranging the longitudinal and vertical prestressing tendons,this design of( 60+100+60)-m large-span continuous girder on single track railway is feasible. Besides,this design experience was summarized in this paper.
