双护盾TBM在城市轨道交通中应用的关键技术

摘    要:为解决双护盾TBM在城市轨道交通中应用出现的频繁过站、小曲线半径施工、下穿风险点等问题,结合青岛地铁2号线的设计和施工情况,对双护盾TBM的适应性、支护形式、不同支护间的接口设计、过站技术方案、管片壁后注浆、下穿建筑和不良地质段等方面进行研究。提出管片衬砌/(锚喷+模筑衬砌)组合衬砌方式,解决了不同支护间的接口设计问题。根据车站工法提出TBM整机曲线过站的技术方案,解决了TBM过站多次拆解、组装、调试以及对车站影响的技术难题。同时研究并解决了TBM小曲线半径施工、管片壁后回填灌浆、下穿建(构)物和不良地质等一系列关键技术。双护盾TBM在青岛地铁的成功应用实现了"高效、安全、环保、经济"的工程建设理念。

Key Technologies of Double-Shield TBM Applied to Urban Rail Transit

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of double-shield TMB in urban rail transit such as frequent station passing,construction on small radius curve,risk in under-passing structures,and with reference to the design and construction of Qingdao Metro Line 2,this paper studies the adaptability of doubleshield TMB,the support form and the interface between different design supports,station passing solutions,grouting behind segment wall,under-passing structures and poor geological sections and other aspects. Compound lining( anchoring and shotcreting +mold lining) is proposed to address the interface between different supports. According the construction method of station,the technical solution to allow entire TBM to pass station is proposed to avoid repeated disassembly,assembly,commissioning and the effect on the station. Key technologies are developed to facilitate construction on small radius curve,grouting behind segment wall,under-passing structures and poor geological sections. Double-shield TBM is successfully applied to Qingdao subway and high efficient safe, environmental friendly and economical construction is achieved.
