上海金山铁路客票系统设计方案

国铁与市郊共线铁路兼具国铁和城市轨道交通的运营特点,传统的客票系统方案通常采用国铁或轨道交通客票系统二者选其一,不能同时支持国铁客票和城市公交一卡通两种票制的自动售检。以上海金山铁路为例,针对国铁及上海市对金山铁路客票系统运营管理的需求,从票制及清分方式、售检票方式、组网方式3个方面进行了技术方案的比选,确定国铁客票系统与公交一卡通系统分别独立构建,单程票采用国铁车票、储值卡票采用城市公交一卡通,均采用自动售检票方式,闸机合设的方案。定制的国铁客票与公交一卡通二合一闸机为本方案的主要创新点。该方案在上海金山铁路已成功得到验证,取得良好的社会经济效益。

Design Scheme of Shanghai Jinshan Railway Passenger Ticket System

The railway with national railway operation and urban transit on the same line has the features of both,however the traditional passenger ticket system can only support one of them and fails to serve the two at the same time. With reference to Jinshan Railway in Shanghai and based on the operation management requirements of Shanghai Municipality for the passenger ticket system of Jinshan Railway,the comparison of technical schemes is conducted in three aspects of ticket system and settlement method,ticket vending and checking method and networking mode. According to the results,it is recommended that the national railway passenger ticket system and the one-card public transportation system be established independently; a one-way journey will be realized by national railway passenger tickets and for others,a value card shall be applied for; a special ticket checking machine( two-in-one ticket checking machine) will be customized to automatically check both the national railway passenger tickets and the value cards,which is a highlight of the scheme. Such scheme has been successfully applied in Jinshan Railway and has achieved good social and economic benefits.
