蒙西至华中地区铁路煤运通道汉江特大桥方案设计

摘    要:新建蒙西至华中地区铁路煤运通道汉江特大桥主桥为主跨248 m部分预应力混凝土斜拉桥,为解决与下游高速公路连续梁桥对孔要求,在跨度布置中采用一主跨四边跨布置形式。考虑到桥位处通航净空对梁高限制、桥式跨越能力、受力性能、经济性等因素,桥式采用部分预应力混凝土斜拉桥形式,梁体采用单箱双室预应力混凝土连续结构,靠近跨中区域采用斜拉索加劲,桥塔采用H形。通过进行整体静力计算、局部受力分析,结构受力及变形等指标满足规范要求,分析结果表明,该桥结构体系满足重载铁路行车安全要求。

Scheme Design of Hanjiang River Bridge on Railway Coal Corridor from Western Inner Mongolia to Central China

Abstract:Hanjiang River Bridge on the railway coal corridor from western Inner Mongolia to central china is a partially prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge with main span of 248 meters. For the connection with the highway continuous beam bridge in downstream,the arrangement of one main span and four side-spans is applied. In the light of the navigation clearance limitation of the beam depth,the spanning capacity,the mechanical performance and the economical efficiency,partially prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge is utilized with single girder double-cell concrete continuous structure and H-shaped bridge towers cabled near the main middle span. The overall and partial finite element analysis indicates that the behavior of the stress and deformation complies with the requirements stipulated in relevant standards,and the analysis results show that the structural system of the bridge meets the requirements of heavy haul railway operation.
