地铁B型车车体弹性变形量对车辆限界的影响研究

摘    要:为了研究车体弹性变形量对车辆限界的影响情况,依据EN 12663对地铁某B型车体进行仿真计算,分析其模态及不同工况下的车体受载变形情况,找到对车辆限界产生影响的车体变形量。研究结果表明:在实际运用中不会发生车体共振;扭转载荷作用下车体肩部向外产生的1.3 mm变形量、压缩载荷作用下车顶中部向上产生的8.6 mm变形量、压缩与垂向载荷共同作用下车顶中部向上产生4.0 mm变形量会对车辆限界产生影响。提出在地铁车辆限界计算需对车肩变形量处理、B1型车车辆限界计算需对车顶变形量处理。

Research on the Impact of B-type Subway Vehicle Body Elastic Deformation on Vehicle Gauge

Abstract:In order to study the influence of vehicle body elastic deformation on vehicle gauge,simulation of B-type subway vehicle body isconducted according to EN 12663. Then modal and the elastic deformation under different working conditions are analyzed to find the elastic deformation,which affects vehicle gauge. The results showed that vehicle body resonance will not occur in the practical application; vehicle body shoulder generates1. 3 mm outer deformation under torsion loads; vehicle body middle roof generates 8. 6 mm up deformation under compression loads; vehicle body middle roof generates 4. 0 mm up deformation under compression and vertical loads. It is put forward that metro vehicle gauge calculation needs to deal with shoulder deformation and B1 type vehicle body limits calculation needs to deal with roof deformation.
