摘    要:随着铁路客运专线的建设进入实施阶段,对于铁路沿线各种专业信息的采集、存储、加工、信息挖掘、资源的管理等越来越凸现其重要性。地理信息系统(GIS)是具有巨大支撑能力的应用基础信息平台,具有强大的数据管理和空间分析功能等特点,正成为智能运输系统管理及应用中的一个新热点。通信管线设计及维护管理信息系统利用基于航测图的铁路线路平、纵断面图构建GIS平台,进行铁路通信光、电缆智能设计,在铁路勘察、设计、施工、运营和维护资源共享方面有所创新。

Abstract:With the construction of railway dedicated passenger line entering into the implementation phase, the collection, storage, processing, data digesting and resource management for railway professional information are more and more important. The geographic information system (GIS) has a tremendous capacity to support the application of basic information platform. Due to the characteristics of the powerful data management and spatial analysis functions, GIS is becoming a new hot spot with the management and application in the intelligent transport system. Using ichnography and skiagragh of railway line based on aerial map to build GIS platform, the communication pipeline design and maintenance management information system makes intelligent design of railway communication optical and electrical cables, has some innovation in survey, design, construction, operation, maintenance and resource sharing, etc.
