摘    要:CTCS-3级列车运行控制系统采用GSM-R网络实现RBC与车载设备的车-地信息双向传输。通过总结CTCS-3级列车运行控制系统安全数据传输对GSM-R网络的主要需求特点,分析满足列车运行控制系统需求的GSM-R网络主要运行指标,提出工程建设和运营维护工作中需要考虑的因素及建议采取的措施,可供统筹开展高速铁路信号、通信系统设计、建设与维护工作参考。

Abstract:CTCS-3 train control system uses the GSM-R network to realize the two-way transmission of vehicle-ground information between RBC and on-board equipment.This paper summarizes the main demand characteristics of CTCS-3 train control system for GSM-R network,analyzes the main operation index of GSM-R network that meets the requirements of CTCS-3 train control system,and proposes factors to be considered and measures to be taken during the engineering construction and maintenance process.This paper can be used as a reference for the design,construction and maintenance of high-speed railway signal and communication system.
