摘    要:S700K型电动转辙机是目前铁路运输采用的常用道岔设备之一,对铁路生产运输的提速增效起到重要作用。在日常运用中,经常会发生S700K道岔五线故障造成道岔不能正常转换或失去表示,因电路比较复杂,处理起来比较麻烦。结合现场经验,对因五线故障造成的故障类型逐一列举分析,以期尽快缩短故障延时,恢复运输秩序。

Abstract:S700K electric switch machine is one of the commonly used switch equipment for railway transportation and plays an important role in increasing the efficiency of railway transportation. In everyday use, faults in the five wires of an S700K switch often cause failure in switch transition or loss of switch indication. Because of the complexity of the circuits, it is more troublesome to fix the errors. In this paper, on the basis of field experience, the types of failures caused by five-wire faults are listed and analyzed one by one, with a view to shortening the delay time and restoring the order of transportation as soon as possible.
