| 摘 要： | CTCS-3级列车运行控制系统(以下简称C3系统)是高速铁路的5大核心系统之一,武广客运专线是国家在"十一五"期间首个实施c5系统的重点工程项目.通过对武广C3系统技术创新过程的总结,分析归纳了"武广式"创新模式和各个创新要点,对国内后续大规模的高铁建设及实施高铁技术"走出去"战略具有重要的指导意义.
