厚度比大于6的铜镀镍材料电阻点焊工艺探讨

摘    要:因为金属熔点不同,铜镀镍材料在电阻点焊时难以形成完整焊核.厚度比大于6时,点焊焊核出现偏移,严重时薄件被焊穿.针对厚度比大于6的铜镀镍零件,以往都是采用去掉镀镍层再点焊的方法.研究试验一种新的电阻点焊工艺,在零件间添加银焊片作为焊料辅助焊接成形.通过外观和拉力试验的测试,结果与试验方案相符合,研究结果可为铜镀镍材料电阻点焊加工方式提供参考.

Abstract:Nickel-plated copper material is difficult to form a complete weld nugget in resistance spot welding because of the different melting points of metals.When the thickness ratio is larger than 6,the weld nugget appears excursion,and the thin piece may even be melted through.In the past,for nickel-plated copper components with thickness ratio larger than 6,re-welding method used to be adopted after removing the nickel layer.The paper studies a new process technology of resistance spot welding that needs to add silver welding piece as solder to assist weld shaping.Based on appearance and tension testing,the result is consistent with the testing scheme.The research result can be used as a reference for resistance spot welding processing of nickel-plated copper material.
