| 摘 要： | 田径是高校体育教育专业的重要学科。田径运动不仅具有较强的教育功能,而且还具有健身价值。针对高校田径教学存在的问题,教师的教学方法要多样化,要整合教学资源、优化田径课程体系,提高学生的实践能力,建立科学的评价机制,以提高教学效果,培养出符合社会要求的复合型体育人才。
