城市轨道交通小半径曲线钢轨磨耗分析

摘    要:对上海轨道交通1号线、8号线的典型小半径曲线钢轨磨耗进行了跟踪测量,统计分析了小半径曲线钢轨的侧磨和垂磨特征及相应的磨耗发展率.认为小半径曲线钢轨受侧磨、垂磨和不均匀磨耗的共同影响,大编组、重型车的线路中,平均侧磨发展率约为0.019 mm/d,平均垂磨发展率约为0.005 mm/d;小编组、轻型车的线路中,平均侧磨发...

Abstract:On the basis of rail wear successive measurement in the typical sharp curves of Shanghai metro lines,the side wear and vertical wear of rails and their growth rate are analyzed.The data shows that rails on the sharp curve are affected by the side wear,vertical wear and irregular wear altogether.The average growth rates of side wear and vertical wear are about 0.019 mm/d and 0.005 mm/d respectively in long-formation and heavy-train line.While in short-formation and light-train line,the two indexes are about ...
